We are all part of mankind, of nature. Therefor we can make a difference, we can influence the world. Choose to make it a better place, a warm home, a sanctuary for all life on earth.

If you restore balance in your own self, you will be contributing immensely to the healing of the world.
— Deepak Chopra

People often say: “I can’t change the world” and “It doesn’t matter what I do, things will never change” or “That’s just the way it is”.

Well, I do not agree. We CAN make change happening, we ARE able to make a difference!

We just have to BE whatever we want the world to be.

You want a kind world? Be kind.

You want a compassionate world? Be compassionate.

You want a smiling world? Smile!

You want a helping world? Help out wherever you can.

In being kind, compassionate, helping, smiling, … we live on a high vibrational frequency. We radiate these good vibes and people feel that, consciously and/or subconsciously.

Whatever a person is thinking, feeling, is noticeable by the vibes that person is sending out. We pick up on those vibes and start vibrating on that same frequency. Just think about the following ‘coincidences’:

  • You ‘feel’ somebody is watching you and you turn around to find that person is watching you.
  • You think of a person and ‘out of the blue’ that person calls you

Another example is your pets: for instance: yesterday my dog had to undergo a surgery. He did not ‘know’ that. And still, he got more and more anxious as we were driving to the vet… he was picking up on my vibes. I tried to be as relaxed as possible, talking to him like I always do but still, he felt a difference. I was sending out anxious vibes and he felt them.

That is why I strongly believe that you CAN influence the world. The more we act from a positive mindset, the more we are forgiving, tolerant, kind, non-competitive, …. the more we send out these vibes. People will pick up on them and subconsciously move towards that frequency. You notice that when for instance, the more you are surrounded by negative, complaining, gossiping people, the more you start feeling low, negative and tend to start complaining too. As on the other hand, when you are in a group of smiling, optimistic, good-natured people, you start smiling too, you start seeing good in every situation and you feel your spirits being lifted! You start living on a higher vibrational frequency.

Be that person who radiates positive vibes,

be that light to the world around you!!

That is how we can change the world for the better, by being the one who leads the way to a kind, friendly world.

“Nothing happens until something moves. When something vibrates, the electrons of the entire universe resonate with it. Everything is connected.” Albert Einstein

Vibration is something we feel, it may not always be easy for people to believe in a vibrational world but it’s how the world is functioning. Everything is energy, everything is connected. More and more scientific proof is being presented for theories that were already expressed years ago, by for instance Albert Einstein. He already said back then:

“Everything in life is vibration”,

“Future medicine will be the medicine of frequencies.”

We can heal ourselves by vibrating on the right frequency. We have all kinds of healing techniques in our toolbox: there is reiki, tapping, breath work*, sound healing, radiant circuit activation, color healing, chakra healing, chakra tapping, medical intuition … Eileen Day McKusick** has researched all about the ‘biofield anatomy’, she heals the ‘electric body by tuning that biofield, to raise voltage and clear blocked energy. She bridges perfectly what is considered pseudo-science with pure scientific proof.

Another mind-blowing proof of how our emotions, thoughts, words, affect the world around us, was found by dr. Masaru Emoto***. He experimented with water and had stunning results. His experiment was to freeze water so that he could examine the atom structure of that water. The first batch he froze, was water that people had talked to in a kind, loving way, with positive words and intentions. The second batch was water that people had yelled at, talked to in a very mean, hostile way. He saw that the atom structure of the first batch was very regular, beautiful, harmonious. As for the second batch, the structure was chaotic, irregular, a complete mess. The vibrations people sent out, influenced the structure of water.

That is why I believe so vehemently that we CAN change the world, we DO have an influence on people, on animals, plants, … we all vibrate so we are all interconnected. The more we bring ourselves to frequencies with high vibrational energy, the more we will radiate that and the more we can help to make the world a kinder place.

“Everything is Energy, and that is all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”. Albert Einstein

Is this technique fail proof? Will we always be able to help people move to a higher frequency? No, because we can send out positive vibes, but we can’t control the intentions of other people. When people are set on seeing all the negative, then all we can do is continue to be an example of the opposite. But I’ve noticed throughout my whole life, that most of the negative people do change when you continue to let them see what else is possible.

My invitation to you all is, as my favorite quote by Mahatma Gandhi says:

“Be the change you want to see in the world.”
