
Wherever I look lately, whomever I speak to, all and everyone seems to be on a low vibrational frequency. Even me.
What is happening?
Why is it, apparently so much easier to complain, than to focus on the positive things arounds us?
I felt myself slipping, and thinking more negative thoughts than positive ones. And I know, life can throw us some curveballs but it’s up to us to decide what to do with them.
I decided that I’ve had it, that I am done with being on this low frequency.
I felt that I was losing my ability to always see the good in things.
So, as you know, and as I have written over and over, we and only we, can make a change in the way we feel and in the way we act.
High time to change back to feeling content, to being happy, to enjoying all the beauty there is to be experienced in life.
I decided to, on the one hand, start thinking more positively again as I know I can and as I know makes me feel way more joyful, and on the other hand, distance myself in a gentle way from all the nay-sayers, from all the complainers, from all the people whining all the time.
Life is too short to focus on what is lacking, on how bad things are, ….
It’s all a matter of choosing how you want to feel in life.
I think, or rather I am sure, I am not the only one struggling to not get overwhelmed with all the harshness in the world.
Therefore, I invite you all to decide together with me, this very moment, you’ve had enough, and that you’ll choose positivity, kindness, and compassion from this moment on.
As the Law of Attraction teaches us, we will attract what we send out, so it’s high time lots and lots of people start sending out gratitude, kindness, and love.
The more people living on a higher vibrational frequency, the higher the frequency of the world.
Are you in?
Do you want to see the beauty of the world?
Do you want friendly conversations?
Do you want kindness?
Do you want to feel peaceful? Relaxed?
I promise you, the moment you consciously change your thoughts whenever you feel yourself slipping back to harsh thoughts, is the moment you’ll start feeling more inner peace.
Whenever you feel yourself starting to reply in an unkind tone, stop. Think about how a more loving reply would sound, and say it that way, or be silent if you can’t think of a kinder reply.
Look for things to do in life, where you feel you’re helping to make the world, nature, a better place.
The less you think about personal gain, about personal success, the easier it is to feel contentment, to be happy.
The more you feel gratitude, the more you’ll see and hear things to be grateful for.
Feel compassion.
Look for silence.
Go into nature.
It may seem as if I am repeating the same message over and over again, and that is because I do :-).
Because I know it’s the only way to change how you feel, it’s the only way towards positivity.
It sounds simple enough, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy.
Go step by step towards thinking happy thoughts.
Be patient.
Whenever you slip, get back up again and continue the path of happiness.
As dr. Wayne Dyer said it’s not a destination, happiness IS the way.
I wish you all the courage and the perseverance to walk the path.
I know we can.
I know that we can leave the world a better place because of our choices.
