{"id":6565,"date":"2024-03-01T08:51:54","date_gmt":"2024-03-01T07:51:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lifecoachwomen.be\/7-steps-to-live-a-joyful-and-fulfilling-life\/"},"modified":"2024-03-01T08:51:54","modified_gmt":"2024-03-01T07:51:54","slug":"7-steps-to-live-a-joyful-and-fulfilling-life","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lifecoachwomen.be\/fr\/7-steps-to-live-a-joyful-and-fulfilling-life\/","title":{"rendered":"7 Steps to Living a Joyful and Fulfilling Life."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-6156 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lifecoachwomen.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Wayne-W-Dyer-Quote-The-state-of-your-life-is-nothing-more-than-a-kopie-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"506\" height=\"285\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>I once read these 7 steps and as I found them so powerful, I would like to share my thoughts about them with you.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Step 1: Serenity<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Being in a serene state gives you peace, makes you live in the moment, makes it possible to accept what life brings to you. I am not saying that you have to passively undergo all that is happening around you, no. \u00a0But just by <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><em>accepting<\/em> <\/span>that there are things that will, and do, happen <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><em>beyond your control<\/em><\/span>, you can feel more relaxed, you can learn how to react in a more peaceful way. That\u2019s not the same as being a fatalist.<\/p>\n<p>Choosing to be your <em>best you<\/em>, your <em>real you<\/em>, choosing to live <em>your<\/em> life no matter what the circumstances are: that brings you peace, that brings you serenity.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Step 2: Regularity<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Creating a routine, having a schedule brings you calmness.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t see having regularity in your life as something that holds you back. No, having a certain regularity in life, gives you peace of mind, <span style=\"color: #008000;\">creates space to do things because you\u2019re not <em>wasting<\/em> any time anymore.<\/span> You know what to do, when you\u2019re going to do it, and so you also know when you have time to spare, when there is <span style=\"color: #008000;\">space in your agenda<\/span>. That brings calmness and so you can breathe easily and live life more peacefully.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Step 3: Absence of vanity<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>When you stop being vain, when you stop thinking, it is all about you, when you stop letting your ego run the show:<\/p>\n<p>you\u2019ll start listening to others,<\/p>\n<p>you\u2019ll stop comparing, as Mark twain said: <span style=\"color: #008000;\">\u201cComparison is the Death of Joy.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>you\u2019ll start noticing all the beauty around you,<\/p>\n<p>you\u2019ll start being more loving, more compassionate,<\/p>\n<p>and that will bring you joy.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Step 4: Sincerity<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Speak the truth, act in accordance of how you are feeling, of what you are thinking. Always be respectful but do say what you are really feeling. Drop the mask, drop the act, <span style=\"color: #008000;\">be honest with yourself and with others. That\u2019s the only way there can be a real connection.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Feeling connected, feeling you belong somewhere brings you joy.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Step 5: Simplicity<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Keep life simple, keep things simple. The less* you have, the easier, the clearer life becomes.<\/p>\n<p>Return to your True Self**, to your Source.<\/p>\n<p>Choose what is important to you:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><em>you can have anything but you can\u2019t have everything. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Choose wisely.<\/p>\n<p>When your attention is divided towards a lot of things, nothing gets your complete focus. So, <span style=\"color: #008000;\">choose what matters most to you and give it all of your attention.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>That way you\u2019ll live a fulfilling life.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Step 6: Veracity<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t \u2018work\u2019 the facts, don\u2019t twist the truth.<\/p>\n<p>Be reliable, act upon your promises.<\/p>\n<p>Be truthful.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\">What you think, what you say and what you do, must be one and the same.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Step 7: Equanimity<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>No matter what is going on around you, keep your own mood peaceful. Always be a loving, kind, compassionate person.<\/p>\n<p>Joy and pain are part of life. We all have to deal with it.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t let it dictate your mood, don\u2019t let it rule your world.<\/p>\n<p>Be in charge of how you feel, of how you react.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Everybody benefits from a respectful, calm behavior in any situation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>I invite you all to think about these steps, reflect upon your own behavior and you\u2019ll know where you can improve, where you can become a better, more peaceful, more loving person.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">The beauty of it is, that EVERYBODY benefits from your improvement: YOU in the first place, because you\u2019ll feel so much better, so much calmer, so much more fulfilled. And when you feel better, everybody around you, will start feeling these loving vibes, and will be influenced by it.
