upset when you only even suggest that what happened to them does not need to determine how they feel.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">People blame,<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">People keep repeating what happened to them,<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">People keep telling the story over and over again,<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">People keep reliving what made them feel bad.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>As long as you focus on what you do NOT want, the longer you will feel the negative emotion associated with that thought and the longer you will remain in that unwanted situation.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Buddha <\/strong><\/span>said it so many years ago:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>\u201cWhat you think, you become,<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>What you feel, you attract,<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>What you imagine, you create.\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">This is <strong>THE MOST POWERFUL INSIGHT YOU CAN EVER HAVE.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Just think about it for a moment, and realize its power: <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">What you think, you create.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So why are you still thinking about negative stuff, about what you do<em> not<\/em> want, do <em>not<\/em> like??????<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">The longer you keep focusing on the drama<\/span>, as in<\/p>\n<p><em>thinking about it,<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>telling people about it,<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>hammering on the injustice of the situation, \u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">the longer you will stay on that vibration and the longer you will keep <em>attracting<\/em> <em>similar <\/em>things.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>The only way out of a negative situation is: thinking about<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>what you DO want,<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>how you can SOLVE the problem.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>If you are focusing on solutions, you are<em> on a very different vibration<\/em> than if you are thinking about the problem itself.<\/p>\n<p>I know it <em>seems<\/em> a very thin line between thinking about the problem itself, and thinking about solutions for that same problem.<\/p>\n<p>But the difference is HUGE!!<\/p>\n<p>Reliving injustice by talking about it, keeps you on a vibration which will attract more of that injustice.<\/p>\n<p>Focusing on what you want and how you can get out of that situation puts you on a vibration where you will \u2018find\u2019 solutions.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s the law of attraction.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><em>You cannot create a positive future by focusing on the negative things of the past and the present.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>You need to focus on how you want your future to look like to be able to actually create that future.<\/p>\n<p>Envision what you <strong>want<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Once you understand this and once you start living by this very simple but never easy principle, you can always feel good.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>Accepting where you are right now and thinking about what you want are key elements to feeling good.<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">The only way to stop feeling bad<\/span>, is to stop thinking about the things that made you feel bad.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">The only way to stop thinking about those negative things,<\/span> is to <em>actively steer<\/em> <em>your thoughts<\/em> to things you DO want.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s something that you can learn by practicing every day.<\/p>\n<p>The moment you feel your thoughts are slipping towards your dark place again, don\u2019t be upset, don\u2019t be hard on yourself (because that would keep you on that vibe of feeling bad), just <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">acknowledge it and steer away from the dark.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">You are the only one responsible for how you feel.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oh My, that used to piss me off when somebody said that!<\/p>\n<p>I was immediately ready with a whole list of why and what and who <em>made<\/em> me feel unhappy.<\/p>\n<p>NO!<\/p>\n<p>You, and only you decide how you feel by steering your thoughts towards positive, wanted thoughts\/situations.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>By knowing what you like, <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>By knowing who you are,<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>By knowing that you are enough,<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>By knowing you are loved, <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>it becomes easier and easier to go to your happy thoughts.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Even when you believe nobody loves you, which is almost never the case, you do love yourself, right? So, you are always loved. Also know that it\u2019s your own dark thoughts that make you temporarily blind for the love of others. So, again, you are always loved. Yes, you are. Start believing it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u201cBelieve it and you\u2019ll see it\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>is a beautiful and very true statement of dr. Wayne W. Dyer. You have to believe first that good things are coming your way and then you&rsquo;ll start seeing good things happening.<\/p>\n<p>The good thing about us, living creatures, is:<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s in our nature to want to feel good,<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s how we are created.<\/p>\n<p>We <em>want<\/em> to feel good, so work with that creative force, remember what you imagine, you create.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Do the things, think the thoughts, that will bring you onto that vibration of feeling good and more good stuff will come your way.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Believe in your creative power,<\/p>\n<p>Believe in your own responsibility.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Whenever you feel bad, it is an <em>indication<\/em> that you are deviating from what makes you feel good.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Steer away from it<\/p>\n<p>by looking for the positive in the situation,<\/p>\n<p>by looking at something or someone from a different perspective,<\/p>\n<p>by looking for solutions,<\/p>\n<p>by thinking about stuff that you DO like.<\/p>\n<p>Learn to listen to your emotional GPS, it\u2019s never wrong.<\/p>\n<p>And know that YOU are in the driver seat, so it is up to you to decide which road you take.<\/p>\n<p>Good luck with discovering your emotional GPS, and<\/p>\n<p>learn how to navigate through your life, learn how to feel good.<\/p>\n<p>It really is all up to you!<\/p>\n<p>Thank you all for reading me and for supporting me on Medium!
